Get guidance and motivation from a Champion Trainer throughout your entire workout. During the TLE, you’ll have dedicated time with a trainer performing traditional kickboxing and boxing combos.
The Personal Training Experience
Get fully customized, one-on-one coaching with one of our 9Round Certified Trainers. With a PT package, each of your workouts will be tailored to your individual fitness level and goals.
