OUR THREE-PHASE APPROACH
Personal Training at 9Round Huntington Beach follows a three-phase plan, which you’ll progress through over a series of one-on-one sessions:
· Technique—We’ll establish a strong foundation for your personal training journey to help improve muscular endurance and aerobic capacity
· Strength and Power—We’ll focus on building strength, improving cardiovascular fitness, and increasing your lean muscle mass
· Speed, Agility, and Quickness—We’ll refine your exercise and kickboxing skills for enhanced movement capabilities, coordination, and athleticism
FULLY CUSTOMIZED WORKOUTS
Signing up for one-on-one personal training at 9Round Huntington Beach is different from signing up as a member of the 9Round circuit. While you will still work out at the studio using the same kickboxing moves and equipment, you will be given a fully customized workout that is designed just for you. Each workout will be tailored to your specific fitness level and goals, and you will experience new and advanced techniques beyond a normal 9Round workout.
1-ON-1 TIME WITH A TRAINER
You will be given undivided attention from your Champion Trainer for 30 minutes during every personal training session. Not only will they guide and motivate you through your custom workout, but they will also help you improve your technique and apply modifications to align each exercise with your personal fitness level, to help maximize your results.
A FITNESS ROUTINE THAT EVOLVES WITH YOU
As you progress through your personal training sessions, your Champion Trainer will continue to design each custom workout based on your growth, so you’re always advancing. Regular assessments will be conducted throughout your personal training journey to help you track your improvement and facilitate progress.
