Full-Body Kickboxing Workshop

We had a great turnout for our full-body kickboxing workshop in March! Mastering correct form and technique in a 30-minute workout can be challenging. That's why we offer 1-hour workshops! These classes are designed to break down and practice every punch and kick that you will perform in a typical daily workout. Attendees level up their kickboxing knowledge with new tips on mastering punches and kicks that will continue to elevate each 30-minute workout. Spots are limited due to studio space, so be sure to grab your spot for our next workshop coming up in May 2025!
