9Round Giveaway Terms and Conditions Guide

1.    Any franchisee who plans to offer one or more prizes in conjunction with any 9Round-approved contest, sweepstakes, or challenge (“Contest”) must read and complete the Official Terms and Conditions template, abide by the Official Terms and Conditions, and make the same available to all participants. The Official Rules will inform  participants of the following:

a.    Eligibility

b.    How to enter and participate

c.     How winners will be selected

d.    The prizes and associated value(s)

e.    General terms and conditions of the Contest

 

2.    After completing all fields in the Official Terms and Conditions template, please delete all suggestion comments from the template.

 

3.    You must make the Official Terms and Conditions available in your 9Round club to all participants. For example, you could keep a printed copy of the Official Rules at the check-in desk.

 

4.    Any advertisements or posts you place on Facebook or Instagram to promote a Contest must include the Abbreviated Contest Terms and Conditions. The Abbreviated Contest Terms and Conditions template will need to be completed in the same manner as the Official Terms and Conditions template. Please see Exhibit A for instructions on how to link to the complete Official Terms and Conditions from the Abbreviated Contest Terms and Conditions and how post the complete Official Terms and Conditions to your location-specific site.

 

5.    All franchisees are responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws when hosting any 9Round-Approved contest, SWEEPSTAKES, or challenge in their respective 9Round club(s). The Official contest terms and conditions template and abbreviated contest terms and conditions template are merely templates. all franchisees are encouraged to consult their own legal counsel to ensure adherance with all applicable laws.
