Favorite Part of Training Seeing people achieve fitness goals they have set, knowing I was able to help them. Choosing a fitness lifestyle really has such a positive impact.
Recently moved to Murfreesboro from Warrenton, Virginia where he lived and worked for 25 years after his service in the Air Force that brought him to Virginia. Kevin was first introduced to 9Round as a member of the 9Round in Waynesboro, Virginia and then again as a member in Murfreesboro. Kevin has been a lifelong sports enthusiast, playing football from peewee leagues through college at the Air Force Academy. He also grew up boxing with his brother, wrestling in high school, then boxing at the Air Force Academy where he was a heavy weight collegiate All-American. After college he went on to study other martial arts, mostly ju jitsu, for which he holds a second-degree brown belt. He is a fitness enthusiast and proponent of the lifestyle, advocating strength, flexibility and cardio aspects as well as good nutrition. Kevin is excited about the recent move to Murfreesboro and the opportunity to own a 9Round franchise in such a great and growing community.

Christie grew up just outside of Cincinnati, OH and moved to Murfreesboro after getting married in 2013. Throughout high school, Christie played volleyball, basketball, and softball. She attended Morehead State University in Kentucky and graduated in 2013 with her Bachelors in Exercise Science. Christie originally joined 9Round as a founding member looking for something new and challenging, and found something much more than that! She is so excited to share her love for 9Round with you!

I am Turner "Superman" Long or known by many other fighter names! I am adrenalized, exhilarated, and very passionate about fitness and revolve my lifestyle around it daily. I have been involved in fitness, sports, or some type of physical activity all my life, so I am high energy, super fun, and always learning daily. I started as a first time free workout in 2014, to a member, to a Part Time Trainer, to Lead Trainer, to Head Trainer, and then Studio Manager. I am currently in EMS school so I am only Part Time right now. I will challenge you daily, push you to your goals, and allow you to rest as well when you need to.
