"Trainers do an amazing job of motivating/pushing you. Even if you don’t show for a few days, they’ll reach out to see if everything’s okay. So staff is 10/10. The routine is different each morning so you’re never getting the same workout, and 30 mins may not sound like a lot but i’d say i’m adequately in shape and after that 30 mins i’m HUFFIN AND PUFFIN. 9round is the best. "
