Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I purchased a franchise license from 9Round Kickbox Fitness in 2018 because, as a member I was blown away with the concept and how effective this 30-minute workout could be. It combines, Boxing and Kickboxing techniques and the principles of a HIIT-style workout to deliver a full-body workout in 30 minutes. I am the owner, operator, trainer and even the janitor and it is my second home. We are different than other gyms in that we never have class-times, include trainers with the memberships and we truly are a local community gym that members can feel like they are a part of something good. With my recent modernization investment, we are now open 365 days a year, from 5am-11pm so members can work out on their time, at their convenience.
