We've worked with 1,000s of women over the last 8 years and what we have found from those individuals that have lost 30 pounds (or more) and kept it off for at least a year, is that:

- 75% weigh themselves at least once a week.
- 62% watch less than 10 hours of TV per week.
- 90% exercise on average, about 30 min 3 times a week.
