What is your favorite thing about 9Round and Why?
" The timed workout. I don't have to think about it-I know I will finish it in time to get to work."
Why have you continued to stay with 9Round after 3 Years?
" The positive vibe. The other members are so supportive, as well as the trainers. It is really a community feeling. Also, I am never bored since the workout is always different. Lastly I love how my body feels now and I don't want that to go away."
How do you prioritize your workouts/health with the demanding day to day of life?
" I usually go before work. When I do, I tend to have a better day. The most painful part is getting out of bed and that is over in 5 seconds."
What is one piece of advice you would give to someone else starting out or even in the middle of their journey with health and wellness?
"Don't be afraid to adjust the workout to whats going on with your body. The trainers want to help you do this also!"
How has 9Round Transferred over into your everyday life/what results have you seen from doing 9Round?
"I am much stronger and lost 10-15lbs. After 6 months I was able to waterski for 10 seconds(my goal). Now after 3 years, I can ski as long as I want! I've been able to blow off steam in a healthy way when my mind is stressed. Stupid things like picking up a pencil or sneezing will NOT throw my back out! And, thanks to 9Round as well as my extra training with Jess, I felt confident to wear a bikini when I went to portugal last July :) ."
